GoFund

Home loans

A bond to buy, switch or refinance a home. About ten minutes. Answer what you can and you'll see your document checklist straight after.

What most finance houses look for

  • An income you can prove: 3 months of payslips, or 2 years of financial statements if you are self-employed
  • An instalment of about 30% of gross monthly income or less
  • Your credit record, with any judgments declared up front
  • South African ID, or a passport and valid permit

Missing something? Apply anyway. We tell you what's needed, and an accountant on our panel can prepare financial statements.
